Supervision and Evaluation of Classroom Teachers [Acrobat File]
The supervision and evaluation process is as much a philosophy of teaching and administrating as it is a 'how to' book. The basic assumption is that all of the supervision and evaluation work done by administration and teachers will lead to improved instruction in the classroom and a higher achievement level by the students.

Assessment of School-Based Management
For SBM to work, people at the school site must have "real" authority over budget, personnel and curriculum. Equally important, that authority must be used to introduce changes in school functioning that actually impact teaching and learning if SBM is to help improve school performance.
